Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective or incorrect item, please send an email to hello@lilliedimple within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will absolutely get you taken care of.
Hassle Free Returns Process:
We know how challenging it can be to order online, so we offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with their Lillie Dimple tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from when your order was delivered. Please mail your unwashed, unworn item(s) with original tags attached to:

Once we receive the product(s) back, we will verify the products are still new, unworn and unwashed and have the original tags attached. We will then issue an e-gift card in the amount of your purchase, minus any shipping fees paid. The e-gift card will be issued to the email associated with your order, and will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your order back.
Lillie Dimple does NOT offer any refunds on any purchases.
