Machine wash cold, dry on lowest heat or hang dry.

NEVER iron-on design, use bleach, or dry clean.

All items ship out within 3-5 business days. Items are shipped via USPS and arrive based on the shipping option you select at checkout. Please note that due to COVID-19 and potential USPS delays, the time it takes USPS to deliver your package may be longer than indicated below.

Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?
We know how challenging it can be to order online, so we offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with their Lillie Dimple tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from when your order was delivered. Please mail your unwashed, unworn item(s) with original tags attached to:

Please include your order # & email somewhere in your package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the product(s) back, we will verify the products are still new, unworn and unwashed and have the original tags attached. We will then issue an e-gift card in the amount of your purchase, minus any shipping fees paid. The e-gift card will be issued to the email associated with your order, and will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your order back.

If any product(s) are sent back that do not meet these requirements described above, Lillie Dimple reserves the right to refuse your return.
